At the moment, we conduct a multitude of interviews with practicioners from different organizations and industries as well as different roles to examine the topic of „Continuous Change in the Digital Age“. Even though we need to analyse our transcripts before we can claim scientific knowledge, all the interviews provide novel perspectives on how organizations respond to today’s fast changing business enviroment. From every interview so far, I took at least one exciting approach that I would like to share with you.
Yesterday, I spoke to a Head of HR and IT from a SME, which is per se an interesting perspective for organization’s digital transformation. As he was engaged as coach in several sports clubs or as a student representative, he learned how to lead and inspire people that are not paid for what they do and how to create an environment that attracts people on every single day anew. I really love this idea.
